After the pickup time had passed without notification, I called the store the following day. During this call, I had to provide my order number several times and was placed on hold for an extended period. Eventually, a second associate informed me that my order could not be fulfilled until a matching AE Mid-Rise Pleated Skirt arrived a week later. Given the nature of the items, I found this explanation to be inaccurate and requested that the entire order be canceled. Fortunately, I contacted your corporate customer service department shortly after. The agent I spoke with apologized for the experience and immediately re-ordered both the tube sweater and the pleated skirt for me. I received both items within two days and am very pleased with the products.
