  I had a really nice experience at the store thanks to the manager, Vero. She was very friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. I didn’t know what kind of sunglasses would look good on my face, and I had been looking for a good pair for a long time. Vero helped me try on different ones and showed me which styles looked better on me. Because of her help, I finally found the perfect pair. I’m really happy with my sunglasses and very thankful for her help. I will definitely come back to the store again.

  I purchased a pair of Maui Jim polarized sunglasses. I was told by the sales person Maui Jim's have a lifetime lens replacement warranty for manufacturer failure. This is the only reason I spent this amount of money on sunglasses. The polarized lens has started to delaminate causing a bubble in the lens. I tried to get them to replace the lens only to find out they only stand behind their product for 2 years. I could have them replace the lenses for about $90. No thank you.

  Worst customer service EVER! I went in to return a pair of sunglasses & the lady working was so rude! ( claims she is the manager) They were purchased a few weeks ago. Never worn with receipt and original condition. She said since they were purchased at another Sunglass Hut location, I was ruining her stores sales. She would return them this time but NEVER again. The receipt CLEARLY states they can be returned at any U.S location in 90 days. Then she claimed she had to mail me a check. When I paid by credit card. When I reminded her she wasn't following store policy on the reciept..... She tried to talk her way out of it. Saying she was refunding me. That isn't the point! You never raise your voice to a customer over a simple return. Saying you are ruining my store sales!!! DO you think I care? Your store sales must be LOW bc you are so nasty & unpleasant to speak too. I WOULD NEVER SHOP AT ANY SUNGLASS HUT AGAIN! Solstice is a much better choice. Plus they carry more high end designers.
