- MLMr. & Mrs. LeaseDec 7, 20255.0I went to Lane Bryant on Saturday. When I pulled up the whole street was blocked off for a outside vendor event. I have arthritis in my legs that makes it very difficult to walk. By the time I made it into the store I was physically beat. I had an exchange and return to do. I was greeted by KRISTA who cheerful said she would be happy to help me. I was so dis shuffled from the walk I couldn't find one of my receipts in my purse. KRISTA was so kind and patient with me. She looked up the sale and found it so she was able to exchange the one item and she happily returned another for me. She made the process so simple and FAST for me. She was really a joy to deal with and I'm very grateful that she made the process so simple- she even ordered me a new item online to be shipped directly to my house! Thank you Lane Bryant for having KRISTA as a team member! We your customers appreciate staff like her! I didn't ask what position she held but, she should have a managers position. She is an example of customer service with a smile!

She was so sweet, patient, kind, and super helpful. As well as knowledgeable. The rest of the staff appeared to be just as helpful and friendly to the other customers there. Store was clean and so was the dressing room. This was my first time shopping at Lane Bryant and most definitely won’t be my last.
