  Caitlyn the manager was extremely unhelpful and unwilling to take a shirt back that unwearable after one use. Corporate confirmed she has the discretion to do so but she was unwilling to do so after being asked kindly. She said she was aware of many shirts being sold with this issue so is complicit in her company selling items of poor quality. I would not recommend spending and money in the store unless you would like to only wear the item once and then be forced to throw it out. Their manager cares more about a power trip and telling someone know with the little authority she has rather than caring about and assisting the customer.

  When I went into this store earlier today I was greeted by a very kind worker named Kylie. She was very attentive and helped me find a fitting room with no problem. At check out she continued to make me feel welcomed and made conversation which didn’t make me feel like just another customer. A great example of proper customer service.
