Alyssah warmly welcomed me when I came into the store and offered her assistance if I'd need it at any point. And I eventually ended up needing her help. She helped me search nearby stores for the size of the dress I had my eyes on and handled my questions about returns. Over all, Alyssah is a girls' girl manager who was welcoming, sweet, on top of things in her store environment, and exceedingly helpful; it easily showed in her actions. Ashley at the checkout counter was also very helpful when making my final purchase. Other than the great customer service I got today, I also love the clothes and outfits Windsor has to offer. I would easily buy more than half of what's in the store if money allowed. And in the end, I left the store with a great selection for Spring Formal. All this combined made for a beautiful shopping experience today! The 5 stars are very deserved!

I brought my daughter in to shop and the staff treated her like family from the moment we walked in. They were patient, kind, and helped her find outfits that made her feel confident and beautiful. That meant everything to me. The store is clean, stylish, and has such a positive, welcoming vibe. It’s rare to find a place that makes both parents and daughters feel this comfortable. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend.
