  As a dad, I don’t usually write reviews, but this place seriously deserves one. I brought my daughter in to shop and the staff treated her like family from the moment we walked in. They were patient, kind, and helped her find outfits that made her feel confident and beautiful. That meant everything to me. The store is clean, stylish, and has such a positive, welcoming vibe. It’s rare to find a place that makes both parents and daughters feel this comfortable. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend.

  Love this store!! They have very nice quality clothes for different occasions. I have been here many times. The manager specifically has helped me put together cute outfits a few times and she was very nice. This store gives "boutique" style and we need this here in Palm Beach because we dont have any stores nearby that have this type of fashion available. I would usually have to go to Broward/Miami to find these looks.

  If I could give Alyssa specifically five stars, I would. She genuinely deserves a raise for the level of attention and customer service she provided. I came in two days in a row, and both days she was extremely attentive while juggling the register, dressing room, and multiple customers on her own. Even under obvious pressure, she kept a smile and paid close attention to detail, while other coworkers avoided eye contact to avoid helping. Hopefully management recognizes the rockstar employee they have and ensures she has proper support, especially just days before Valentine’s Day with only two or three employees scheduled.

  I NEVER do this but... Me and my daughter LOVE coming here! From the music to the workers and their beautiful dresses, it's a fun place to find something you need last minute for a decent price. We came in yesterday for a Galentine's event for my daughter and saw Allyssa! She's so funny and sweet, always gives the best costumer service♥However the other girl there seemed miserable to be there and I usually wouldn't comment or judge except that she was also rude. It was incredibly busy in the store and Allyssa seemed to be the only one working, When she was checking us out, the other worker finally came to the cash wrap Allyssa asked her if she could take a dress off a mannequin to bring to a family she snaps back with "why don't you do it" as if she wasn't in the middle of checking us out and we weren't even there! Allyssa says it's cause she has other people waiting on her for things - as she did because again we've seen her alone up until now - the girl basically huffs and walks away just felt awkward and unpleasant in that moment. Again great place but maybe more staff should be put on, or a staff change might help! All the best! 🥰

  "This isn't just 'the worst experience ever'; it's a masterclass in retail incompetence and customer disregard. It beggars belief that in this day and age, a store can operate with such archaic policies and a stunning lack of transparent communication. We purchased a dress yesterday for my 13-year-old daughter, only to discover it was defective. Less than 24 hours later, we returned to the store, hoping for a simple exchange. The very same cashier from the previous day informed us, with an almost defiant air, that 'special occasion' dresses are final sale. Apparently, they're supposed to bear a 'purple tag'—a tag that was conspicuously absent from our purchase. Furthermore, the supposed 'final sale' section of the store was utterly devoid of any signage indicating these crucial terms. Not a single employee bothered to clarify these draconian conditions *before* the purchase was made. The result? We were forced to leave the store, utterly humiliated and stuck with a $70 defective dress, a testament to their abysmal customer service. This isn't just poor policy; it's a blatant disrespect for their clientele and a shocking indictment of their business practices. Avoid at all costs."
