  There is nothing not to love about Polo Ralph Lauren. The designs are simply gorgeous. Here you can find a well stocked store with only some of the beautiful lines they carry. However, if you want a distinguished statement piece and love this luxurious traditional style you will most likely find some quality discounted pieces. Happy Shopping.

  I will admit, I am a Tommy guy, were a Tommy family, but the selection here was crap, the sales weren't great at all, I know it's Polo but it seems a bit more expensive than ever on the website where I usually shop for R. L. Idk, was a bit let down tbh...

  Dr. Store Manager, Mr. Frank, my name is Ms. Qadir, I am one of your new customers that visited your Vero Beach Outlet store on this past Sunday, January 11, 2026. I am reaching out to provide this recognition and congratulations to store employee, Ms. Courtney for going above and beyond for myself and another customer in the store, Sunday afternoon. Ms. Courtney has a bright smile, kind, helpful, professional disposition that makes her stand out and represent Polo in the brightest way! She was working, mult-tasking and engaging with us letting us know she was available if we needed any help. Upon walking into the store, there were 3 employees at the front counter. 1 male, and 2 females, they all looked directly at me and did not speak, welcome me to the store, or ask if I needed any assistance, as I walked around the store for a few minutes, I realized that I wasn't interesting in purchasing any items and was going to take my business elsewhere. However, Ms. Courtney approached me with a welcoming and inviting spirit, she engaged me, laughed with me, helped choose a cute Valentines Day outfit for my lil one. I told her how much I valued her amazing, 100% outstanding, extraordinary customer service. Truly, Ms. Courtney you saved the sale and the business that I was going to take elsewhere. Thanks for being a qualified Polo employee and retaining me as a customer. You are a gem and asset to the Polo Outlet Store! I will visit again because of you Courtney!
