- VBValerie BodineApr 23, 20261.0Absolute terrible experience with this jewelry store. I purchased my wedding band from them and was told they would solder It to the diamond ring when I was ready. After four weeks, I came in to check on the status and they hadn’t even began to work on it yet. I asked for the ring for the weekend to wear on a special trip and was told by the owner, Shelley that if I took it, it would be at least 4 to 6 more weeks when I returned it three days later because it would be going back to the beginning of the line. She was extremely rude and irritated with me the entire time. Very disappointing.

Once engaged, we reviewed various ring settings and options. No pressure and very professional team there. So happy I walked in. Later my wife walked out with her “dream ring”!!
