  Today I went to the Bealls store in Vero Beach because I wanted to buy a perfume. I was there with my mom. Apparently the store had already announced that it was closing, but I did not hear the announcement. English is not my first language, so I may have missed it. Suddenly one of the cashiers started yelling at us asking why we were still in the store and telling us that we needed to leave. Another employee also raised her voice and said they had already made the announcement twice. Because I didn’t understand the announcement, I truly didn’t realize the store was closing. The situation felt very uncomfortable and disrespectful. Instead of calmly explaining that the store was closed, both employees chose to yell at us. I left the store feeling very disappointed and of course I did not buy the perfume I came for. I believe staff should be trained to speak to customers respectfully, especially when there may be language barriers. A simple and polite explanation would have made a big difference.

  Update 4/2026- I stopped frequenting this location due to the fact that it didn't have all that many items that I found as appealing as the other Bealls locations. However, I was in the area with a return and was happy to see many more unique items to choose from. So I'm adding the fifth star! Great work in stocking some very nice items. Ive added some photos of the aisles. Original review -This Bealls outlet is okay. It does not have as many things as the one in Fort Pierce or the Vero Beach outlets. It does have some gems if you hit it at the right time. The cashier's and staff are always wonderful and accommodating.
