    Your employee Jessica Jackson saved the day!!! I almost had a Tyrone experience(review before mine), my order was canceled ON Valentines day and I was unable to speak to anyone in order to get it rescheduled or a refund. Quite unexpected, last minute, and zero customer recovery was happening in the midst of it. To be fair, even though I couldn't get a hold of anyone, they somehow managed to deliver a portion of the order Valentines Day anyway...but it was missing half of it. I called several times to follow up, since I was charged for items I did not get. Cut to several days ago, yes, that long! Jessica came to the rescue, literally best customer service recovery I have had in a while, she had that personal touch of care along with her fast problem solving, took me longer to place the order online than it did for her to take care of me. She was excellent, and so sweet in the process! Thanks you Jess!

    I ordered an arrangement for same day delivery at 5pm. This location closed at 7pm. I called a few times between 4:30 and 5:30 with no answer. I was contacted at 6:45 and was told their system had issues and they could not accommodate my same day order because they close in 15 minutes. Seems like they were unable or unwilling to accommodate from the start and I would rather be informed of that immediately rather than 2 hours later

    My husband placed an order days before Valentine’s Day that was over $100 with delivery. The entire day passed and at 6pm I received a call from a delivery person stating she could not find my home. I tried my best to direct her and I never received my order. When we called the store they said they could not find the order then said the order never went out for delivery. I called the woman that called me and she tells me she found my home but realized she did not have the order. My husband ended up having to pick the order up Himself right before closing. They clearly do not know what is going on in the store and are taking more orders than they’re able to fulfill. By the time it got to my home I didn’t even want it. Never going there again.

    Worst service ever. Ordered items for Valentine Day to be delivered but the day of delivery, they call to reschedule with only open available delivery was a week later. Every question I asked, the staff member would put me on hold to ask the manager but when I requested to speak to the manager, all of a sudden she is gone to lunch. I asked for a refund but the staff stated the manager will start processing refunds on the following Tuesday. Will never order from this company again.
