  I’ve spent 30 years in retail management, and I know excellence when I see it. Robin, the store manager, is the gold standard. ​I came in with a return that was turning into a complicated situation due to some system and inventory hurdles. Instead of taking the easy way out and saying "no," Robin literally jumped through hoops and did backflips to find a solution. She spent a significant amount of time and effort working through the Men's department to ensure I walked out satisfied. ​It’s rare to find a manager who treats a customer's time and situation with this much respect. She turned a difficult transaction into a seamless experience. Bealls should be incredibly proud to have a leader like Robin representing their brand. ​— Gus

  Yesterday I was in Bealls Outlet in Tarpon Springs and had the most positive experience with Robyn who checked me out and Sandy the store manager. These were two very professional and caring ladies shared their kindness and compassion in the moment! What a blessing they are to the Bealls Outlet, thank you Robyn and Sandy!

  Decent prices, a pretty good variety of clothes to choose from in many sizes small to large. You don't have to go far to find something it's all in one large facility, one big room. It's easy to look around and see where you're at and where things are.
