  Thank you! Giovanna I think her name was working in young woman’s by the naked wardrobe rack was snacking! So helpful informative and kind I was last minute looking for an outfit to wear to an important event I had been to every store in the mall couldnt find anything until the help I received from a young woman working in that area thank you so much !

  I was looking for a suit to wear at an out-of-town wedding. During our move here my suits were lost. So, I could rent one or purchase one. It was easy to choose Nordstroms since we frequented their stores in several locations in the metro location (not Florida) we left. I called and reached the men’s department. When I explained my need, Mohammed, working in rentals and suits, put some items aside for me to consider. The next day, we met him and went through many options. Since the ceremony will be in another hot southern state, the rentals seemed too heavy for that. But, Mohammed had prepared several light weight suits for me to try. It came down to a blue or a darker blue. I chose the darker and then alterations took care of insuring a proper fit. The suit is ready for pickup even earlier than expected: tomorrow. Nordstroms showed their continuing efforts of taking good care of their customers where one may not find that online or in other brands.

  My experience was great with the lady who helped me find my elopement dress. As a first time shopper, I didn’t know the process of having employees assist you, but it was such a nice experience. Everyone was very helpful. The associate who helped me was kind, patient, and made the process enjoyable. Unfortunately, my interaction with Bailey at checkout and even earlier near the dressing rooms changed the tone completely. She hovered over me while I was trying to pay, and instead of listening when another employee said the computer wasn’t working, she repeatedly tapped the screen with her finger while looking directly at me and saying, “You pay here.” As if I’m not aware how to pay. The payment option wasn’t even available at that moment. Her approach felt dismissive and unnecessarily rude. It was one of those moments where you wonder if you would’ve been treated differently if you looked different or were dressed differently, especially because I noticed her tone with another customer was much warmer. As a business owner myself, and someone who has worked in healthcare serving people, I know how much professionalism and kindness matter. Bailey’s attitude came across as impatient and unwelcoming, and it made what should have been an exciting moment feel uncomfortable. When I told my fiancé afterward who was there watching, he noticed as well. It’s been a couple of days because I don’t like writing negative reviews! But I’m really unhappy with my experience. I hope management takes customer service seriously and works on creating a more respectful, welcoming checkout experience, because the rest of the staff was wonderful.
