  I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but I was truly disappointed in the customer service at this location. I came in about 2 weeks ago with my baby with no greeting, no help, and just attitude. I had a return, but wanted to see if there was any new items to maybe do an exchange. I saw these cute boots and asked for help, but I was just met with attitude. She came to let me know they didn’t have my size in a tone and just walked right away, by then I just went to the register and did my return because I refuse to spend my money in a store with such rude employees. The ONLY reason i’m giving it 2 stars is because I still love this store just not this particular location sadly. Whoever is higher up in management needs to start taking these negative reviews seriously since i’m not the only one complaining on these employees rudeness/customer service!

  I’m really not someone who usually leaves negative reviews, but tonight was extremely disappointing. I was in the store for about an hour shopping. About 10 minutes before closing, the staff started knocking and repeatedly saying, “We have to close, we have to close,” while I was still inside trying to quickly finalize my purchase. I only needed about five more minutes to choose my dress and complete checkout. I walked out at 8:05 PM. The way I was rushed felt unnecessary and honestly very uncomfortable. What made the situation worse was the obvious frustration being shown. Doors were being slammed, items were being thrown around, and the overall body language made it very clear that they wanted me out immediately. It felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. I completely understand store hours, but the situation could have been handled with much more professionalism and courtesy especially with a customer who had already been shopping for an hour. I truly like this brand, which makes this experience even more disappointing.
