This time I came in because of an online order — I had ordered a different model, and it fit slightly differently, plus I needed to match a specific color and find the right size. And from that point on, everything was just great. Annette was incredibly helpful. We went through a big part of the store together, and she was kind, friendly, and genuinely invested in helping me solve the issue. She guided me through the entire return process and helped me find exactly what I needed. I left the store with a replacement pair that turned out to be even better than what I originally chose, and in a really good mood. Thank you so much, guys. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll definitely come back.🫶🏻
