  The experience wasn't bad but the lady that helped my wife and I for the 2nd time seemed to have an attitude because I was asking questions about a gift that I bought my wife for Christmas that was to small so we had to send it in to get it extended a little bit. After buying this necklace online and almost a grand and then driving over an hour to our nearest store I was told it would be another $200 to get it resized and that she said it was used. It in fact was not used and it was brand new out of the box. So I paid the 200 and it took almost a month to receive the item back which was today and when my wife opened the box it was in a tiffany bag but all tied up in knots. I mean thats shitty service to say the least especially after paying that much for it and then to get it back tied all together. Not that it matters but I personally wont be shopping there again after this.

  Came in to buy a pair of solitaire earrings and while the sales person was friendly I feel like my 10k Tiffany ring that was noticed should have been offered to clean while I waited and the earring that I purchased should have been as well!!! I got home and cleaned them cause I felt like my daughters David yurman ones looked more sparkly than mine!! They came out so much better and I shouldnotha e had to do so!! Maybe cause we were in shorts and tattoos or didn’t look the part! Not pleased
