    I had a very disappointing experience at this Sunglass Hut location. I drove 30 minutes expecting good customer service, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Vanessa and Bridget were unhelpful and didn’t seem interested in assisting me at all. I tried to get help, but I felt completely ignored and unwelcome the entire time I was in the store. It was frustrating, especially after going out of my way to get there. I ended up leaving unsatisfied and had to go to a different location just to get the help I needed. Overall, it was a waste of time and a really poor experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

    4 people in the store and no one offering any help except a new guy who hadn't worked there very long and was not yet familiar with the inventory. The other three were busy discussing a very British gentleman who came in asking for a Ray Ban nose piece. The blonde girl working was clearly a senior associate and was not interested in helping us. Went to a different location and bought 3 pair from an employee who was more skilled in customer service.

    Sunglass Hut in Tampa, FL at the International Mall was well staffed. The ladies working that day were all super friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. We went in for one pair of sunglasses for my husband, and I ended up getting a pair too because of the special going on. We both left happy and satisfied with the service and purchase.
