I stopped by the Ray-Ban store in Tampa, and within 60 seconds Thomas helped me process a warranty return. Fast, helpful, and excellent customer service. Huge thanks to Thomas and the Tampa team!

They did not move from where they were and continued their animated conversation about food or cooking. There was never a movement to attempt to make sale. We were not greeted, nor were we asked if we needed help. After looking at a few sunglasses, we left the store, and my husband said thank you, only then was there even an acknowledgement that we had even been in the store.

Instead of helping me find the right pair of sunglasses, they acted like I was bothering them. I expected much better service from a brand like Ray-Ban. Definitely won’t be coming back or recommending this location to anyone.
