  If you are looking for great service, great men’s suits and want them to fit like a custom suit make sure you see if Luljeta is working in alterations. She is so amazing and knows exactly how to create a custom fitting suit. She knows style as well as knowing exactly how to make it fit perfectly. My husband got his suit for Our daughter’s rehearsal dinner and his tuxedo for the wedding. Perfect fit! Thank you Luljeta!! We will come back and find you for the perfect alterations. Tampa Nordstrom is a one stop shop. Thank you!!!

  I am writing to report a very disappointing experience I had at the Chanel cosmetics counter. During my visit, the sales associate was extremely rude and unprofessional. While I was waiting for assistance and clearly interested in purchasing products, she continued speaking with another client who was already being helped by another associate. Throughout the interaction, she avoided making eye contact with me and did not acknowledge me at all. As a paying customer, I found this behavior very disrespectful and it felt like extremely poor customer service. Unfortunately, the experience also made me feel that I was being treated differently because I am Asian while the other client she was engaging with was white. This made the situation even more uncomfortable and upsetting. Because of how I was treated, I decided to leave and went to Neiman Marcus instead to purchase Chanel products.

  I had an excellent experience at Nordstrom thanks to Sahily from the fragrance department. She was extremely professional, and attentive. Sahily took the time helped me find the perfect fragrance. Her customer service was outstanding, and she made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone so passionate and dedicated to helping customers. I truly appreciate her kindness and expertise and will definitely return because of the exceptional service she provided. Thanks Sahily

  Sahily from the fragrance department was amazing today. She gave me a tour of the best fragances based on my personal taste and made me feel welcomed. She definitely knows her way around the products and how to treat customers. Excellent service!

  I’ve come into the shoe department before and had a great experience buying some beautiful Valentino heels. Unfortunately every other time I’ve come in the customer service has been terrible. I went in today with the intention of buying some boots but they are severely lacking associates which made it impossible to pick out or try on anything. Won’t be back to this location again.
