  The company itself is nice. Online customer service is great and I love Nordstrom clothes and beauty. The only thing I can’t stand is the international plaza location more specifically their order online pick up in store department. Extremely slow every single time. Always taking 6+ hours to fulfill small orders of 1-2 items. Hate going inside because no one can be bothered to help, they all look annoyed so that’s why I do BOPIS, but they really need to improve with that because no store should take 6 or more hours to fill an order. Unacceptable

  I recently visited Nordstrom and came in contact with the cosmetics manager in Dior Brianna R ,she was so welcoming and inviting she also gave me lots of great tips ;I never go to Nordstrom for cosmetics but due to the excellent service I received ,I will be a returning customer .

  Marisa M at Charlotte Tilbury was so amazing!!! I loved my makeup and did exceptionally on my skincare. I replaced my current skin care and makeup bc I could see the value in what she offered. It is bc of employees like Marissa that I return to Nordstroms. I hope she continues to to be rewarded for her conscientious. All my best!

  BEWARE OF RETURNS! After my experience with the clerks at the International Mall over the last few months, I am seriously reconsidering this company, but specifically this store. Last autumn I needed a gown and wardrobe for my son's wedding, so I reached out for a personal styling appointment, with no reply. (That stylist later called to apologize). In the meantime, I ordered many items online, to try on in the comfort of my home. Due to the number of items to return, twice I chose to bring them back to this store, rather than return through USPS. And on both occasions the clerks messed up. The first was a $600 gown that was returned to someone else's credit card. (Hmmm, suspicious)? Fortunately, I caught that a couple weeks later, and had the return receipt to prove it was not refunded to MY credit card, but some random(?) AmEx. Nordy corrected this because i had proof. Second incident, a pair of $127 pants, which I returned with 2 other items, but failed to verify the refund receipt upon walking away. When I realized the pants were not included in the refund, a couple weeks later, I called the credit card company and the store manager, Megan Becker. It's been TWO MONTHS, and nothing! The manager stated she would investigate, but I have not heard from her. After 14 loyal years as a Nordy credit card holder, and current Ambassador status, I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the lack of care or customer service at this store. All our Christmas purchases, (and perhaps future purchases), were made at other stores, and Nordstrom can keep their Ambassador status, as it clearly means nothing.

  This was a really unfortunate experience and I don’t think I’ve ever received this level of service at any Nordstrom. When I found my shoe, I walked to the sales associated and asked if he would be able to assist. His exact response was “*sign* I guess I can, we’re all working with a few customers right now.” I was so caught off guard, I replied “ohhh well that’s okay. I’ll try to figure something out. Thank you” I immediately began eyeing the floor in search of another associate. Then the gentlemen said “Unbelievable. Just unbelievable!” How this was my first visit to Tampa and everyone from the airport to the hotel had been so pleasant. I understand he may have been overwhelmed by the holiday rush but the response not only was unprofessional, it was just rude and unexpected. Luckily, I found someone else to assist and was able to complete my purchase. If I return, I would do my best to avoid working with this associate during my shopping experience. First impressions are meaningful and memorable. Other than that, the store itself offered a multitude of options which was appealing.
