  I was shopping at this store on January 6th, as there was a mega sale there. While Jacqueline is an excellent sales associate(kudos to her) and l was explaining my uses for a small purse l saw...l became flabbergasted by a male employee who jumped in and said something very disrespectful and low class about my selection. I bought the purse because the price was great, but unfortunately "he" ranged me up. I could've just had left and not purchased anything. While my mother found interesting items, we will not be returning to this store and instead...shop at the outlets, in another town, or online. I really can't believe how in a designer upscale store at an upscale mall...such disrespectful, poor spoken and ill mannered people work there. You lost not one but 3 great customers.

  My experience here was better than I could have imagined. I came in to look at a set I had been wanting for quite some time, and Ty exceeded every expectation. He was lively, kind, and made the entire experience enjoyable by treating us like friends rather than customers. He took the time to explain multiple products, including the one I originally came in for, and truly went above and beyond. Thank you Ty!

  Amazing is not the word! I called them on Thursday asking if they had a particular bag in stock. They did and then they asked me if I would like it held , I said yes. The person I spoke with on the phone was so nice and polite and friendly. I could tell she genuinely loved her job. Saturday my husband and I made the 90 minute trip to this store to pick up my bag. There was an associate in the store helping someone, as soon as my family and I went into the store, she said hello and asked if I needed anything. I said yes, you are holding a bag for me. She immediately knew who I was and my name ( we share the same name 😊). She said the manager was holding it for me, unfortunately I did not get the manager’s name but she was just as equally nice in person as on the phone. She brought over the bag I wanted to purchase so I could look at it and then said I have yours in the back. She brought it out and it was still all wrapped up how they ship them to the store! I loved that! We then talked a bit about handbags and our husbands. It was so nice that she made small talk instead of just ringing me up and sending me on my way. I have to say my new suede Romee bag is gorgeous but what made it even more special was how I was treated by the manager and associate. It was definitely worth the 90 minute drive. I will definitely be back again!!! Thank you ladies so much for making me feel special!!!!
