  Pricey gear, but it is pretty comfortable if you find the right pair. I like that you can get free alterations, and that you can have item shipped to your home for free if they don't have it in stock. They have very nice staff and a decent selection.

  I’ve never felt such discrimination going to a RETAIL store. The staff at this lululemon is extremely rude and unprofessional. Visited with family on 12/22 at around 5:50pm and a very rude employee by the entrance began yelling as we were barely walking in “are you here to pick up” instead of at least greeting us! acting like she didn’t want us there, so we didn’t acknowledge her. As we were already browsing around she again yelled “are you here to pick up” almost causing a scene, when she obviously knew we were NOT, we were looking, like you normally do at a RETAIL STORE. During the 15min or less that we were there she didn’t treat nor ask any other person what she did to us.

  I have been a loyal customer of LLL for 10 years. At this point, it’s all I wear. In the last couple of years I have noticed some compromise in their clothing specifically the pants. Also, a compromise in customer service. Two times I have gone to the Hyde Park establishment and both times I experienced poor customer service. This last time it included the manager a few days ago before Christmas. Can’t recall her name but she was a short brunet wearing a sarcastic smile. I was so disgruntled that I took my business somewhere else. I went across the street and shopped at Bonobos. I bought 5 pants and 5 long sleeve shirts, which cost me under $2K. It is great quality but even more, wonderful customer service. In the end, you have to treat your customer with respect especially the loyal customers. There are a lot of great companies like Alo and such that are ready for your business. For me, I’m ready to move on. The tipping point is the leadership. If that’s how managers lead so will their employees. I’m not spending my money there.

  The clothing is great, the tailors are not. I just got a pair of pants that I waited a week for after spending a lot of time getting the measurements right and the left leg was 2 inches longer than the right.
