I went to International mall to buy four bottles of their cologne to give away for gifts. I arrive at the store and there’s a line outside to enter their store. I asked the employee guarding the line why I have to wait in line to go in their store to make a purchase. I was told they were short on employees and they want to give you the best possible service. After waiting 10 minutes in line and nobody in front of me was called into the store, I left. I went to Dillards and spent $1800 in fragrances and I didn’t have to wait. It was not worth waiting an undetermined amount of time to get their great service.

I was really not looking forward to walking into this branch after reading some of the reviews because I had a new/gifted online order that came with a defect that I wanted to exchange.
However, I worked with Samantha (lol, yes, after everything we found out we had the same name, bonus.) and she was absolutely lovely and pleasant to work with. She made me/us feel very comfortable and understood. 100% found my SA for Louis Vuitton!

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased over $20K of items from Louis Vuitton. One of the "limited edition" bags melted and the repair department wants to charge me $750. I don't think a $5K bag should melt. They blamed me. They also wiped out all my purchases so my history is gone. They have two profiles with no history anymore. I have been waiting 4 months for a call back of why it happened and still have NOT heard from anyone. The repair dept just keeps saying I either have to pay $750 for the repair or show my receipt. So instead of them finding out where all my purchase history is, they are holding my bag hostage. It's the worst customer service ever. This is supposed to be a luxury store with first class service. I've had better service at Target. This is not for the Tampa location. It is for the overall company. And specifically the Short Hills, NJ store for wiping out my purchase history.

My experience with Louis Vuitton Tampa, was one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. If not, the best. I was immediately greeted at the door with an extremely warm welcome by staff. They helped me instantly and put me in touch with one of their Client Advisors, Christina McCoy. Christina stole the show, she was extremely kind, caring and knowledgeable about all of her products. It was my first experience buying a gift for my fiance, but she made me feel like I was a lifelong client. Christina walked me through the process every step of the way, and made sure I fully understood every aspect of the purchase. She was incredibly patient with me and had a swift answer for every single one of my many questions. Not only that, but she went the extra mile by making sure I was comfortable in the store, offering me beverages and a place to relax while they packaged my purchase. Christina even took the time to make sure I had her personal contact card in case my fiance and I needed anything at all. She also took extra care with the packaging and made the gift packaging in itself unforgettable. Even though it was my first time buying in store, because of Christina and her care/attention to detail, made me a life long client. I will definitely coming back to shop with her. Thank you again for making my girl's dreams come true. I appreciate Christina and all of the supporting staff who helped make it possible. Looking forward to coming back in the near future!
