When I asked for assistance, she responded with short, abrupt phrases that came across as rude and dismissive. When I showed her what I was looking for on my phone, she grabbed my phone out of my hand without asking, which is completely unacceptable. When I told her she should ask before taking someone’s personal device, she replied, “What’s your problem? I don’t like your tone.” This type of behavior from an employee towards a customer is shocking and unprofessional. Her limited English communication skills only added to the confusion and hostility. I left the store without purchasing anything because of this interaction. Management should review training and hiring standards immediately.
