- CAChris AlexanderFeb 27, 20261.0I went to the store in the mall to buy a suit. The two sales people were lovely and I left with a big smile on my face. I had purchased a nice suit, opened a J Crew credit card and was just waiting to get the sleeves tailored. A week later I called to find out when the suit would be ready. They didn't know and said they would call me back. Another week later and after several more calls, I still had no idea when I would have the suit. They were checking with the tailor and didn't know but they said they would call and let me know. Then a few days ago I randomly called again and they said that it was ready. So I came that evening and the salesperson pulled the garment bag out of the closet and gave it to me. I was about to leave the store when I mentioned that it seemed light -- and questioned whether or not the suit was in it. She opened it and found only the pants. She then went into the closet and pulled out my suit jacket which looks like it was just crumpled up. She put it on a hangar to put in the bag, but it was horrible. Wrinkled and really bad. I asked her "are you really going to give me that jacket like that". She then agreed to steam it. I went to eat and came back a little while later and picked-up the suit. It was a little better but still quite wrinkled. Very surprised and unhappy with my experience at J Crew.

I told him I felt like I didn’t know how to dress anymore. He was so good! He helped me pick out so many cute things. How to mix and match them. Different ways to where it. I can’t thank him enough.
