Each of them walked by me at least 2-3 times and not one of them said anything to me or made eye contact with me. I was in store for about 15 minutes. I tried on 2 purses: and there were 2 items I wanted to try on but couldn't find my size. I didn't bother to ask for help because the reps looked so grumpy and clearly didn't want to help me. I was ignored and felt unwanted. There was still an hour left before closing. The last time I was there I experienced almost the same thing. I couldn't find my sizes and the item I saw online and had wanted to try on, but I didn't ask because the reps were not friendly and not approachable. I'm not shopping there again.
