They have all the upscale stores and pocket friendly choices! They have a cool play area and a fantastic candy store that sells fried chicken ice-cream and mango 🥭 fruit ice cream.

Love shopping? You’re going to have a blast here. There are tons of stores packed in, so whether you’re looking for clothes, shoes, or random little treasures, you’re covered. Heads up—it’s super easy to spend way more than you intended, but honestly, that’s half the fun. The energy is lively, the variety is huge, and wandering around just exploring is a great way to spend an afternoon. Grab a drink, take your time, and don’t be afraid to treat yourself a little. Seriously, this is one of those spots where you just throw caution to the wind, enjoy the vibes, and maybe come home with a few fun finds (and maybe a lighter wallet). Totally worth it!

I recently spent an afternoon at International Plaza and Bay Street at 2223 N Westshore Blvd in Tampa, and overall, it was a really pleasant experience.
The mall feels clean and modern, but not in an over-the-top way. It’s easy to walk around, and the layout makes sense, so I didn’t feel like I was constantly checking the directory. There’s a good mix of stores — some higher-end brands alongside more everyday shops — which makes it a place you can visit whether you’re seriously shopping or just browsing.
One thing I appreciated was how comfortable it felt inside. It wasn’t too crowded when I went, and there were plenty of spots to sit and take a break. The atmosphere felt relaxed, and I didn’t feel rushed.
Bay Street, the open-air section, was probably my favorite part. It has several restaurants and feels a bit more lively, especially in the evening. It’s nice being able to step outside, get some fresh air, and grab a meal without leaving the area. It made the whole visit feel less like a typical mall trip and more like a casual outing.
Parking was straightforward, and I didn’t have trouble finding a spot, which is always a plus. Overall, International Plaza and Bay Street felt like a solid place to shop, eat, or just spend a few hours without it feeling stressful or overwhelming. I’d definitely go back when I’m in the area.
