Edible Arrangements are sweet treats known for cheering others up, celebrating wins and acknowledging milestones. Paying for an expensive product and being met with a soured product to the recipient is disappointing to say the least. Treating your customers fairly, not being biased and making things right are all apart of this job. Stand by the satisfaction policy on your website or at the very least show empathy . Disappointing and unacceptable behavior by Chris, the manager of this establishment in our families time of bereavement, as a family who uses/receives this product often, and as someone with common sense and basic tastebuds , you were told this product was not up to par. Making this right instead of hanging up on customers wouldve been the right thing to do. Shameful and unacceptable

Despite this, the order arrived one day later, and I was with my friend when it came. The driver left it on the floor, in front of the destiny’s door without even ringing the bell. Furthermore, the fruit was not fresh, the arrangement was UGLY, poorly prepared, looked like trash. I’m absolutely disappointed, never received any explanation or apologies for the disaster. Please don’t order from here don’t waste your money!

She was a blessing, friendly, knowledgeable. She even took the time to look up my doctor's name to get it correctly for the greeting card I was sending. Next time I order I will make sure I order with Jolene. Jolene is definitly an asset to this company.
