  The customer service at this location is terrible!! From the employees up to the manager level, Manager Chris to be specific. Had a small issue with a refund on a delivery charge and tip that is in the process of being resolved. All employees are rude and answer the phone starting with what’s up. No greeting whatsoever to their customers on the other line. They place you on hold while in mid sentence. They ask for respect, but do not give it and cannot take what they put out. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had!!! When you work in customer service, it is all about the client experience. Obviously, they missed that in training. Many people are out there looking for work to do, if you are miserable in your job, please quit and stop representing your organization so poorly.

  am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Edible Arrangements location. The fruit I received was stale, sour, and completely inedible. For a company that charges premium prices, I expected fresh, high-quality fruit — not something that had clearly been sitting out. I called the store on January 16 and left a message. I was told the manager would contact me regarding a refund. It has now been over a month, and I have received no follow-up and no refund. The lack of communication and accountability is just as frustrating as the poor product quality. When customers are paying high prices, we deserve fresh products and professional customer service. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Please be careful when purchasing from this store they do not answer the phone and lack proper communication. I ordered flowers and edible arrangements for delivery. The delivery person rang the doorbell once and left immediately, even though we were inside the house and on our way to the door. There were no signs indicating we weren’t home. The instructions even said leave it at the door way. When I called, they told me to expect delivery within the next hour because it will be resubmitted. Instead, I waited over five hours. To make matters worse, they initially forgot the flowers altogether, and I had to call the delivery person again to remind them. Bare in mind the instructions even had the code to the house they called to ask for it. I spent $171 on what turned out to be low-quality flowers. The edible arrangements were okay, but the overall experience was unacceptable. I requested a refund or some type of compensation due to the inconvenience and poor service, but I received nothing in return. I have never written a bad review for a business before, but this experience truly deserved one. I will not be shopping here again.   Ordered for family in Tampa Florida for 99th birthday! Great quality food, exactly what I ordered and even offered to sing for them when delivered!

  I ordered a fruit arrangement for a family members’s birthdsy birthday and it was delivered on time as they stated and my family member absolutely loved it’s a birthday surprise. Will definitely order from them again and highly recommend their services for any special occasion or non special occasion.
