  I really had no idea what I wanted other than some new clothes to replace some older clothing. Alexandra was the only person working that evening and she was so helpful and pleasant to work with. She helped me find some great clothes at some great prices. I truly appreciated her professionalism and the help she offered to find clothes not only in the store, but online too. It was a great experience. Thank you DXL and Alexandra.

  I cannot say enough great things about my experience at DXL Big + Tall, all thanks to Alexandra! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, upbeat, and genuinely excited to help. Her knowledge of the store and attention to detail were incredible, and she went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Alexandra made the entire shopping experience fun, easy, and stress-free, and her customer service was truly top tier. This is hands-down some of the best service I’ve ever received in retail. If you’re shopping here, do yourself a favor and ask for Alexandra. she’s amazing

  Two people working neither looked the least bit professional. The man was Johnny on the spot when we came in. We said what we wanted, he pointed to it. Stood back and directed my husband while leaning on your merchandise. Didn't have the 4 colors of shorts we needed. Once at check out I decided we should try on the jeans. My husband is a big man size48/30. The pants were so big in the legs, I went out to get a smaller size, no help. I did upon looking found a tapered leg which no one ever suggested. Still no help, got smaller size and same size in the tapered. Loved them. Go back to register both employees just talking. Buy one get one half off. We ended up getting two pair of jeans, two shorts, and two shirts. Your clothes are nice and good quality. That's why I pay your prices. The employee folded the shirts in half and folded them up like a hanky. The shorts had the creases in them and again just folded them up. The jeans were folded already. I took one of the shirts unwaded it and folded it. He said good you fold the way you want and ill ring. I did undo what he waded up and refolded. The shorts have a crease for a reason. What kind of service is this? Then hr cramed it all into a plastic bag. That was a good sale on what looked like a slow day. He didn't care. We live in Michigan and get great customer service. We've shopped in this Florida store before and had great service. You should know how your employees look, and teach them how to deal with customers. We should have left. Hope you understand where I'm coming from. I've worked in sales and diffently know how NOT to treat a customer. Thank you for asking and taking the time to read this. Good luck in the future.

  It 4:03pm on 27 Oct. 2025 - this is what I come to. I drove an hour to get here. Now I must wait an hour to over spend for a few t-shirts etc.. DXL has gone down hill in quality and in the quality of staff. I am sure this 1900% on corporate mgmt.
