  For my purposes it had nothing. I am a large man and wanted some basic, easy to wear pants with natural fibers, elastic waist, straight leg. Absolutely no natural fibers, sweat pants and pajama pants only. In and out rather quickly. JC Penny had a better selection. The store seemed more suited (no pun intended) to shoppers looking for suits and business attire.

  I was not feeling good about going to a big and tall store for the first time today. However, Denny was such a nice guy and a huge help. He was personable, patient, and considerate. He helped me get the perfect dress shirt I needed within no time at all. If you are in Denny's hands, you'll be satisfied if not more.

  This 5 star review is totally because of how awesome Alice is. I almost didn't go to the store because I called earlier this morning and didnt get an answer, called again in the afternoon and left a voicemail, and I also sent an online chat request and never got a response from all 3. Because of that I was just going to look elsewhere cause I feel service is everything these days. If it wasnt for mens warehouse next door convincing me to go in and give you all a shot because theres only 1 employee working, I never would have stopped in and missed out on the personal shopping experience Alice was able to give me. I never bought a suit before and I need a wardrobe of them now and because of the service I received I will be back to buy more. I ended up spending around $1000 this evening. And please fix the heat, it was swealtering in there and Alice shouldn't have to work in that high heat 😀. Seriously something is wrong with that thermostat.

  I really had no idea what I wanted other than some new clothes to replace some older clothing. Alexandra was the only person working that evening and she was so helpful and pleasant to work with. She helped me find some great clothes at some great prices. I truly appreciated her professionalism and the help she offered to find clothes not only in the store, but online too. It was a great experience. Thank you DXL and Alexandra.

  I cannot say enough great things about my experience at DXL Big + Tall, all thanks to Alexandra! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, upbeat, and genuinely excited to help. Her knowledge of the store and attention to detail were incredible, and she went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Alexandra made the entire shopping experience fun, easy, and stress-free, and her customer service was truly top tier. This is hands-down some of the best service I’ve ever received in retail. If you’re shopping here, do yourself a favor and ask for Alexandra. she’s amazing
