I placed a same day online pickup order over 2.5 hours ago at 4:52 pm for a $179 pair of Timberland boots. When I arrived at the store, there were only 3 total shoppers present in the store and multiple employees working the checkout area. Despite this, the manager, Andre, stated that same-day order fulfillment is not done and that I could either find the item myself and re-purchase it if I wanted it today or wait for an email confirming the order was ready. With Christmas just two days away, the refusal to fulfill an order that could have been completed quickly reflects poor customer service and a lack of consideration for customers relying on online pickup. After this experience, it is easy to understand why the store was virtually empty while the mall is a madhouse.
