  I visited the Tampa - International plaza location on 3/2/26 to do a return of two items. I purchased both items online but when I received them, I decided to not keep them. Entering the store I was greeted by Denise and informed her I wanted to do a return, she stated I needed my last 4 digits of my card number. I stated that I purchased everything on ApplePay, she then states well I don’t think we can refund you. She then consults with Kim who comes from the back and states because I used Apple Pay they couldn’t return/refund my purchase. I provided my email confirmation receipt, my packing slip and my AppleWallet receipt and they still refused to return my purchase and refund my money basing it off of their system doesn’t cross over with online purchases made with Apple Pay. I have never heard of that before, because I have used ApplePay more times than I can count and have never been met with “we can’t return your purchase “. Even, TJMaxx does returns made online it’s ApplePay. They then tried to have me leave my items so they could return them for me…. I’m sorry why would I trust you to return items when you can’t do a simple return transaction. After leaving the store ai called the David Yurman customer service line and spoke with to individuals who did state the could process my ApplePay return and they were sorry I had to experience that. David Yurman I am extremely appalled by what I experienced yesterday and I will not be patronizing again.

  Called asking about the a product they had removed off the website and the employees at the store location were above and beyond helpful!! Thank you!

  Lady in the store told me I could get a gift card for my return and then directed me online. Customer service said no and when I went back to the store they said no.

  Alex was the sweetest and most helpful! My sister and i came in looking to buy a matching piece. Alex was so patient and caring while we asked questions and tried on all different styles. Thank you Alex for being a light! You are going places girl!!
