    Disgusting staff and security in this David Yurman location. A lady at the counter wearing glasses was already giving me a weird stare the second we walked in. She was making some awkward eye movement after I think to discreetly call security, and coincidently the security came up to me and my wife and claimed “we’re at max capacity”, when there was approximately six people shopping in the store at the moment. Security almost put his hands on me and my wife, which wouldn’t have ended well for him. I’m pretty sure this was a discriminatory move and/or judgement by how we dressed. Insane because I’ve shopped and many David Yurman stores in New York and never had this happen. Staff is discriminatory and judgmental, and I will be calling corporate on this situation.

    Never come back again, me and my husband about to walk into the store and the white security came at us and kick us out saying that they are at full of capacity . Keep in mind that the tone and the interaction of his hand on my husband were about to touch my husband from keep us from coming into the store . I will say that was so unprofessional to treat the customer like that. I will never come back to that racist store again . I love David Yurman stuff but never think of the discriminated professionalism act to the certain customers .

    I received fabulous service and was helped by a nice lady named Alex. She made my purchase extremely easy, and I will definitely recommend David Yurman to others looking to find high quality jewelry. I found the perfect necklace for my significant other. I can’t recommend this place enough, look for Alex she will give you amazing service!

    Brought in 4 pieces of jewelry I have bought here to be cleaned. Rep spent 15 seconds on it. Didnt clean it at all. Pointed out that it looked no better. She suggested Tooth Brush and dawn soap at home. What a joke. Supposed to come with cleanings? Guess not.
