When i walked in i was afraid the worker “Erica” was going to get mad about us walking in last minute…Instead we were met with extremely patient and sweet employees (Erica & Paul the Manager). I decided this is the ONLY CITI TRENDS Me and my children will cost from her on out. They definitely made me realize it wasn’t “My” areas Citi Trends that isn’t good - it is the employees that really make the store worth it or not…!

- JRJennifer RakesFeb 19, 20265.0Stop was very polite and helpful they were dealing with a customer in front of me that was being very disrespectful and not an ordinary and still stayed calm with respect I recommend this store because I was there with my son getting clothes for him and he was able to find things that he likes and this staff members were able to check me out in a timely manner even after dealing with an unfriendly customer
