  Just left this location and there’s a heavy set woman in a jean jacket and a blue dress behind the register pretending to be occupied with the cash register. The sign on the door clearly says they are open on Labor Day from 10am to 7pm. I knocked on the door several times while looking at her and she walked off with a handful of paper. Lol Whoever is the district or regional manager needs to have a talk with this individual. Unprofessionalism at its finest. Wow

  Me and my wife and two kids went yesterday and was very disappointed!! 1st complaint is most of the female clothes my wife wanted and thought was cute smelled like Cat piss !! 2nd my 2 year old son found a shark toy that was $2.99 and a dinosaur toy that was $1.99 he loves stickers so me not knowing he took the price stickers off the toys we get to the register and the lady there did not know English at all and wrote what I owed on a peace of paper which doesn’t matter but than I paid and looked in the bag noticed neither of his toys were in there and he was already upset crying because I had to take them to give to her to pay and she did not even mention it she just threw them under the counter than I ask and she said no price you can’t have and just kept walking away so I came back in because I promised him the toys because he was being good all day and I talk to the manager and there was nothing he could do so apparently no one who prices the items were not in there I even told him I would pay $10 a toy when combined they were only $5 and he still refused didn’t even try to find a solution I even told him I bet I could go find the stickers one was stuck to the buggy he replied he doesn’t care it’s policy okay buddy keep your toys they will be setting there for 2 more years there is no way there wasn’t anything he could do it’s not like it was a guitar or a big item it was a small kids toy that I was willing to pay quadruple the price everyone there barely knew English and it’s really sad I had to lie to my son and his sister got a toy and he didn’t I’m very disappointed and if anyone goes there after reading this be very careful with your price tags

  Lianne was. Great help , wonderful customer service & I found Alot of great deals. I drove all the way from Hudson. It was worth it , I'll be back later this year .
