The manager wouldn’t assist me with an exchange and she told me the customer service representative that I talked with over the phone is “probably new and doesn’t know the policy” because they directed me to this boutique. DO NOT SHOP HERE I promise you will regret it. Do yourself a favor and go to Neiman Marcus in the same mall.

While its on the smaller side as it's located in Nordstrom, they do seem to receive the new styles rather frequently! The customer service has always been A+ in the times I've purchased here. Each employee is friendly, and I've enjoyed chatting with them whenever I stop in. They all really seem to care and appreciate both the brand and the customer. It's definitely nice to interact with people that love where they work (heck I know I'd love to work there too)! Highly, highly recommend. I can only hope they open a full size store soon ;)
