- AWAJ Williams2 days ago1.0I bought T-shirts on December 21 came back on January 15 and I didn't have my receipt with me. They failed to ask me for an email address The phone number. They would not Exchange the shirts For a different size. They literally ran me out the door. Beware if you don't have. Your receipt for an exchange they have no way to look it up. It's bizarre. The manager a large man was just dismissive. He could care less that store has horrible customer service.

The associate told me I would be better off at Tommy Bahama and to not continue looking at Hugo Boss clothing. I own a tuxedo and multiple Hugo items and I was a fan, but I am no longer a fan. I will not shop here again. The Tampa store has been rude multiple times and I’ll take my business elsewhere.
