  Very disappointed i bought so much clothes from this store and I accidentally dried 2 of my sweatshirts and they went from over sized good fit to too small for the price I spent on these 2 shirts and cant wear them is crazy I want a replacement this is sad

  I have never felt so uncomfortable in a store in my life! Every single employee had a terrible attitude I couldn’t believe it, it was like the movie MEAN GIRLS. I had a gift card or else I wouldn’t have bought anything. Even the girl in the fitting room whom told me to let her know if I needed anything, but when I did need a smaller size she told me to go find it myself? But okay no big deal than I go to pay for my 300 dollar sweat suit and the cashier is RUDE and pissed off doesn’t even make eye contact! Terrible experience for me and my mother I felt so awful afterwords. Not to mention the quality is terrible and sizing is beyond off Ihad to buy my mother a xxs when she’s usually a small/medium in women’s. I will be writing the company further.

  Very disappointed with Alo. The quality is poor for such an expensive brand—items showed damage after minimal use, not normal wear and tear. I provided clear photos and proof, yet customer service refused to take responsibility and stopped being helpful. A small discount is not a solution. Definitely not worth the price.
