  During the month of October 2025, I walked into Mayors and was promptly greeted by Ana Cruz. I had mentioned that all of my transaction history with Rolex has been conducted at a Rolex Boutique on Las Vegas. With Mayors being my hometown Rolex AD, I stressed that I would prefer to do business locally if provided the opportunity. Ana listened, and delivered! I wanted to purchase my father a Rolex Submariner Date for his retirement gift. Ana took the time to listen to my story, and the heartfelt meaning for this request for purchase. On March 11th 2026, Ana called and delivered. After 5 short months, I was provided the opportunity to conduct business with Mayors & Ana to create a memorable experience and deliver my father his brand new Rolex Submariner Date. Thank you again Ana & Mayors for creating a memorable experience that will never be forgotten! I am looking forward to conducting future business with Mayors & Ana Cruz!

  Met Brittany Florio in August 2025 and she was beyond patient from the start. Original interest was watches. Not only did she guide me with that process but also helped me purchase diamond earrings as a gift at Christmas time. Reached out with a general interest and she went above and beyond finding what I was look for at the best possible options. Detailed and thorough.

  I’ve been to Mayors at International Plaza several times now, and every experience has been excellent. Maria has been my sales associate and she consistently goes above and beyond. She’s knowledgeable, professional, and always makes the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Whether it’s answering questions, helping track down the right piece, or keeping me updated, she always takes great care of me. I also want to recognize Brent, who has clearly built a great team there. The level of service and professionalism at this location really stands out. It’s clear they take pride in providing a top-tier experience for their clients. If you’re looking for a luxury watch or jewelry purchase, I highly recommend working with Maria and the team at Mayors. Every visit has been first-class.

  We had a great experience at Mayors while buying a Rolex Submariner for my father to celebrate his U.S. citizenship and his 60th birthday. Maria made the entire process simple and enjoyable by keeping us updated every step of the way. She even stayed past her work hours to personally hand over the watch to us, which we truly appreciate. We are very thankful for Maria’s excellent service and highly recommend working with her for Rolex at Mayors. We look forward to returning for future purchases.

  You're never getting a watch from these people. They don't care about your special event, life event, how much you ingratiate and get to know the salesperson, etc... as a matter of fact, the more you get to know them the more they will despise you. I stopped in last week to the Rolex counter and saw 4 salespeople standing around, NOT ONE could stop chatting with each other to see if I wanted to see anything.. they just don't care because the Bosses in south Florida pick their favorite customers on who's getting the next Rolex coming in. No sense in these salespeople working with you because it doesn't matter to them! I know several people that have spent tens of thousands of dollars with Mayors and have waited OVER 3 YEARS for just one Rolex. I also saw a YouTuber that had spent $20K and was on the list for a Green/Stainless Submariner for OVER 3 YEARS and once he posted a video, he magically was given a watch!! And he pulled down his video!! My treatment there has been less than professional, watch or no watch! Don't waste your time or money here...
