  Garrett was awesome and super helpful. Very personable and great people skills, and the dude is clearly passionate about Rolexes. Compared to the Rolex AD I went to last week, this location is incomparably better in every way... From selection to staff to process, etc. Highly recommend.

  I had an exceptional experience purchasing my new Rolex with Ana Cruz at the Rolex/Mayors in International Mall. It took some patients and time while on the waitlist, however, Ana was transparent throughout the process and ultimately was able to successfully procure the piece I wanted. Ana Cruz made the whole experience exceptional. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient. She was able to make the process seamless and enjoyable. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Ana and Rolex/Mayors as a loyal and long term client.

  During my short trip to Tampa I decided to take a quick drive to Mayors / Rolex at the International Plaza. Upon arrival, Janelee Moscato right away provided me with a walkthrough of all the available timepieces. I must say it has been by far my best experience. She was patient, detailed and most importantly, knowledgeable. She made my purchase a true delight. Looking forward for her assistance in the near future. Thank you Jan!

  During the month of October 2025, I walked into Mayors and was promptly greeted by Ana Cruz. I had mentioned that all of my transaction history with Rolex has been conducted at a Rolex Boutique on Las Vegas. With Mayors being my hometown Rolex AD, I stressed that I would prefer to do business locally if provided the opportunity. Ana listened, and delivered! I wanted to purchase my father a Rolex Submariner Date for his retirement gift. Ana took the time to listen to my story, and the heartfelt meaning for this request for purchase. On March 11th 2026, Ana called and delivered. After 5 short months, I was provided the opportunity to conduct business with Mayors & Ana to create a memorable experience and deliver my father his brand new Rolex Submariner Date. Thank you again Ana & Mayors for creating a memorable experience that will never be forgotten! I am looking forward to conducting future business with Mayors & Ana Cruz!

  I’ve been to Mayors at International Plaza several times now, and every experience has been excellent. Maria has been my sales associate and she consistently goes above and beyond. She’s knowledgeable, professional, and always makes the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Whether it’s answering questions, helping track down the right piece, or keeping me updated, she always takes great care of me. I also want to recognize Brent, who has clearly built a great team there. The level of service and professionalism at this location really stands out. It’s clear they take pride in providing a top-tier experience for their clients.
