  She had the audacity to call Uber to deliver the products. It came back nasty. Two days later after I told her had been delivered by 4 PM. You’re not deliver from here. Do not order from here. It’s super disgusting.

  I had a complaint over an order in Washington this morning that was solved by a completely different store in Florida by this afternoon. I have always had confidence that Edible Arrangements would deliver a beautiful gift but my Washington order was not delivered correctly. Chris, in Tampa, saw my problem and contacted me to help. (I had had another arrangement delivered to a relative in Tampa that was delivered perfectly) Chris jumped in and by 4:00, another arrangement was perfectly delivered to my daughter in Washington. THAT is customer service going above and beyond!!!! Thank you for such great service!!!!!

  The order was missing 6 of the 12 cupcakes that were ordered. They were delivered the following day, however they were supposed to arrive all at once so that was a bit disappointing.

  This place is the worst place to get a gift from in a timely manner don’t ever trust them the management is horrible they do not return calls the corporate office is even worse I have contacted them 5 times about a birthday gift gave a $15 tip paid 97 dollars for fruit and skittles that I could of ordered from insta cart and made it myself. This was the most horrible experience ever the corporate manager name is Angel the manager In the westshore tampa location is Chris then there is a Zen and among others that I spoken to with no resolution I’m am demanding my money back for the poor service of this company and I will tell everyone I know to never order from this company EVER

  First Time Customer: I wish I could give a zero star but I had to choose one but I ordered my wife a surprise on Easter at 10:20am the email confirmation was at 10:31am so it was supposed to arrive before she went to lunch and this is with paying for a 1-hour delivery plus tip, it should have been there by 11:30ish (not even close) I called at noon 12:00pm they claim they were behind and the UBER driver hasn’t shown yet! If that is the case why not redirect your website to Uber! So about 1:30 pm it finally shows up and now my wife can’t enjoy because I’ve wasted money on fee that wasn’t necessary and her waiting missed her lunch break. So if you asked me they forgot the order until I called to remind them and gave handbook excuse from corporate and I’ve yet to hear from anyone very their 100% guaranteed department (2- emails sent so far) but I can promise this I’ll never order from a company who can’t guarantee their own words and I’ll leave this review on every store in my area just to be that guy and hopefully others will speak of their displeasure
