- MSMelissa SimaApr 17, 20263.0I love the great selection of shoes - HOWEVER - I needed to visit the ladies room and was completely grossed out. The sinks were absolutely disgusting with green mold and mildew and buildup. The soap dispenser was appalling, rusty and just filthy. I don’t even know if it had soap in it - I was so grossed out that I refused to even wash my hands. I know - don’t judge me - but honestly that was the better choice of touching ANYTHING in that putrid bathroom!! My husband said I should have taken a photo and sent it to their corporate headquarters. I literally felt sick and had to rush out. I have to believe that the employees NEVER wash their hands. I don’t think it’s able to be cleaned - it needs to be gutted and redone. Just thinking about it now is making me nauseous! The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because of the selection of shoes otherwise they’d get a zero!!! Yeah yeah I know it’s a shoe store not a place where you would plan to have to use the bathroom but I just had to point it out.
