  I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received at your store today around 6:00 PM. I visited the location with the intention of having my Breitling watch serviced. Upon entering, a female sales associate was assisting other customers. She politely asked me to wait for her colleague, who was working behind the counter, to assist me. After waiting several minutes, I noticed that the associate behind the counter was occupied with restocking complimentary beverages rather than acknowledging me. When he finally finished, his attitude toward me was unprofessional and dismissive. As a long-time Breitling owner, this experience was highly frustrating. The lack of priority given to customer service over administrative tasks like restocking water is unexpected for a high-end retail environment. This interaction has significantly impacted my view of the brand and the service quality associated with it. I hope you will look into this matter to ensure a higher standard of customer care in the future.

  Great experience at the international mall location, Jicenia was amazing and helped me find the perfect watch for my anniversary

  This place is amazing. I have been looking for a watch for a few months and came to Tampa for a wedding and stopped by. Faith and Jordan were super helpful and I was able to walk out with my first big watch purchase. Definitely do recommend coming here and checking this shop out and there amazing options.

  The level of customer here speaks volumes. Today we worked with Lina Kh she was simply amazing, patient and attentive. Very knowledgeable and we will be back to work with her soon.
