  I’ve had nothing but amazing interactions with the employees! Sad to see such negative reviews as I shop here often! Grown adults yelling at college kids…over CLOTHES.

  I visited your store today and made a purchase; however, the experience was completely unacceptable. The behavior of the cashier and several staff members was unprofessional, dismissive, and at times openly rude. There was no basic courtesy—no eye contact, no attempt at polite interaction, and service was provided in an irritated and hostile manner. This reflects a serious lack of training and raises concerns about discriminatory or biased treatment toward customers. More importantly, the item I purchased was physically damaged by your staff during checkout. The security tag was attached incorrectly, and the pin was driven through the fabric, leaving a visible hole in a brand-new product. This is careless handling and entirely unacceptable. The tag should have been placed on a proper area such as the zipper, not through the product itself. I expect immediate action regarding this matter. At minimum, I require a full replacement or refund for the damaged item. Additionally, I strongly urge you to review staff conduct and provide proper training, as this level of service is far below acceptable standards. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter further. I look forward to your urgent response.

  horrible experience. the clerks and workers were rude, judgemental, and just straight up shamers. dont reccomend going there
