- JPJohn PylesMar 24, 20261.0Called the Tallahassee fl location , I was over 2 hours away to see if they had a product in stock , I was on hold for about 15 minutes , when the young gentleman picked up I explained to him that I would be driving 2 hours to get micro power pole , he assured me he had 2 in stock , made the trip only to find out they had a display model missing parts and 1 unit in the box missing parts manager was not willing to take 100 dollars off the broken unit and said “ if I take any more off I will be paying for you to take it “ never again will I be shopping this location , he could care less and never once apologized for wasting our time .
