  Love the store and location easy to access. What truly made the experience phenomenal was Aloy at checkout. His passion and customer service is exceptional. Primark is truly lucky to have such an amazing employee. Please make sure this review does not go unnoticed and praise Aloy as he deserves it.

  Great experience at Primark in Dolphin Mall. The cashier who helped me was very kind, patient, and professional. He took the time to assist me with a very positive attitude and made the whole checkout process quick and pleasant. It’s always nice to come across people who genuinely care about good customer service. Thank you for the great service

  Mi experiencia en Primark fue excelente. La tienda tiene mucha variedad, buenos precios y está bien organizada, lo que hace que la experiencia de compra sea muy cómoda. Quiero destacar especialmente a Aloy, quien me brindó una atención excepcional. Fue muy amable, paciente y profesional en todo momento. Sin duda, su servicio marcó la diferencia y hizo que mi visita fuera aún mejor.

  Me encanta esta tienda, de verdad que es de muy buen gusto y calidad, pero sobre todo es muy agradable la atención tan personalizada que en este caso recibí en lo que calificaría como un servicio de excelencia, de Aloy, una persona súper amable y muy carismática, ojalá todos tuvieran esa energía tan bonita, gracias por hacer mis compras en Primark una bonita experiencia 🙏🏻

  THIS STORE IS A SCAM!!!! #1 As I was walking through the entire store I notice that all the clothes did not have a price tag on it so everyone can know how much it is. #2 I get to the baby section and the onesies pack rack had a sign for $12 and as I look through the rack their was a pack for newborn onesies for $14 and another pack of newborn onesies for $16 and they both came in a pack of 7 onesies. The entire rack had a different price which did not make sense to me, not even the workers could explain why their was different price tags 🤨🤨. #3 as I go to check out, I scan a pair of shorts that I’ve seen that they were for $8 but once I scanned to check out it ringed up for $10, I called the manager over and he explained to me if I grabbed the shorts from the wall they would be charged $8 but if I grabbed it from the rack on the floor, then it would be charged $10 even if they’re the same shorts. I asked him why would there be a different price If it’s the same type of shorts and the same brand his explanation was “people need to pay attention to what they’re buying and the things that they’re grabbing in the store” as he told me that I told him that was fraud what he’s doing because it’s not right if it’s the same store and the same clothing. Why would there be two different prices? He couldn’t give me a straight up answer and just smiled. THIS STORE IS ALL RED FLAGS 🚩🚩🚩🚩 I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE GOING INTO THAT STORE AGAIN. WE CAN BUY BETTER QUALITY CLOTHES FOR THE SAME PRICE IN OTHER STORES. IF I CAN GIVE THIS STORE A -10 STARS I DEFINITELY WOULD
