    It’s a shame that such a beautiful place is affected by such poor customer service. The cashier’s attitude was very unpleasant—no friendliness at all, disengaged, and speaking in a tone as if she were scolding us. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but when you work in customer service, attitude matters. Someone who lacks basic courtesy shouldn’t be in a position representing a business and dealing with customers. I hope this can be improved.
