- SSSara SofferFeb 5, 20261.0We just walked out of this location 2/5/26 at 4:45pm. We were ready to purchase two pairs of glasses. We were told by the sales associate that she would price match their own website. When we inquired about the buy one get one 50% off sale they had in store, she pulled her out calculator and quoted us the price of the two pairs including the price match from online. At this time, her manager came over and spoke to her in front of us, telling her she should not have done that. She then told us she was sorry that she could either do the price matched price for both pairs or the buy one get one 50% off. This was a significant difference in price from what she had originally quoted us and we agreed upon. The manager should have made an exception in this case because we had already agreed on a price with the sales associate. Instead, we ended up walking away with a bad feel for future visits to Sunglass Hut.

Kerry and Isabel assisted me in picking out the perfect pair of glasses and Isabel convinced me to get a second pair because if you buy a second it was HALF OFF! Can’t pass up a deal. Store is ridiculously clean and modern and staff is there to help you get the pair that fits you without the pressure of sales. Highly recommended!

Most of the time they make you feel like you’re bothering them. But this is a 5 star review because I was surprised and impressed by Santiago. He was incredibly helpful and patient.
