Shes an amazing lady and was really helpful. She helped me find exactly what i needed and really made my trip worth it. She has great positive energy which i really appreciated. Ive never had such a smooth and easy experience at a windsor before. Janet deserve every promotion and raise there is. Shes a gem and im so glad people like her still exists in the retail world. Amazing women, i wish i could rate her 10 stars!!!

The store was going to be open for another 15 minutes while I was in the fitting room and I stepped out for a moment to grab one thing in a different size. An employee rudely and aggressively snapped at me that she “can’t have me trying on any more clothes as the store is going to be closing.” I had only been in the fitting room for less than 10 minutes. I immediately got dressed and left the store. I refuse to shop at a store where I am treated with disrespect and where they make customers uncomfortable by trying to prematurely close the store before the official closing time. If you don’t want customers in your store shopping at 7:30PM then shorten the store hours, I was well aware of the 8PM closing time and had every intention to be finished beforehand. I will never go back in that store again.
