I went last time here many years ago. There is the outer part with high end stores and inside the mall other stores. First, parking was hard to find. The high end stores (mostly European brands) are much much cheaper in Europe than here. For example a Moncler jacket here in the outlet is way more expensive than the regular store in Europe (at least the double), so what’s the use of an outlet. And that’s the story with all the European brands, so basically there is no deal. Go on a cheap flight to Europe and go to an outlet there or in a regular store it’s a fraction of the prices. It’s worth only for us/Canadian brands. But even Lululemon in a German outlet us cheaper than in thus outlet even though it’s a North American brand. While in other outlets or cities I find security and police passing by, here I found no one. Wouldn’t leave any stuff in the car especially as the parking in some spots is dark at night. I found some deals on Wolford and Skims but that’s about it. Food later on at the grille was very laum therefore wouldn’t go back for sure.

Dear Mall Management Team, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a store operating within your shopping mall, where I purchased a laptop that was never properly delivered nor refunded. (VX TECHNOLOGIES) Despite multiple attempts to contact the store and resolve the issue directly, I have received no response, no explanation, and no solution. The business has completely ignored my claims and has shown no intention of taking responsibility for the situation. After researching the company further, I discovered that there are numerous online complaints from other customers reporting similar experiences. This clearly indicates a pattern of fraudulent behavior. It is deeply concerning that a business with such a reputation continues to operate within your mall. Allowing a store with repeated complaints and unresolved consumer claims to remain open seriously damages the credibility and reputation of the mall itself. As a customer, this situation makes me question the standards and oversight applied to tenant businesses.

Sawgrass Mills absolutely deserves a full 5 out of 5 stars. This place is enormous and offers an amazing variety of stores, from outlet deals to well-known brands, so it’s easy to find everything from clothes and shoes to electronics, home items, and more. You can easily spend several hours here just browsing and still feel like there’s more to see next time. The layout, with both indoor and outdoor-style sections, makes the experience feel more like a shopping destination than just a regular mall. There are plenty of spots to sit, rest, and people-watch between stores, which is great when spending a long day shopping. The common areas are generally clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels lively without being overwhelming. Another big plus is the number of food options available. Whether it’s a quick snack, a coffee break, or a full meal, there are lots of choices so everyone in the group can find something they like. This makes it very convenient to turn a shopping trip into a full day out without needing to leave the mall to eat. Parking is usually plentiful, and while it can get busy at peak times, it’s still manageable with a bit of patience and planning. The location is convenient for both locals and visitors, and it’s a popular spot for people looking for good deals and a wide selection in one place. Overall, Sawgrass Mills is one of the top shopping destinations in the area. Between the huge store selection, good food choices, and the fun, energetic vibe, it’s a place worth visiting again and again. Easy 5/5 from me, and highly recommended to anyone who loves to shop or wants to make a day trip out of it.

We went to this place thinking we were going to find some good deals and have a nice day out, oh boy were we WRONG! First of all to get a parking spot in this place you have to first pray šŸ‘and then sprinkle some good luck potion on yourself to maybe get a spot after going in circles for a few hours. Then after thanking Jesus, God and whoever your almighty above is for finding a spot, you get to the Mall entrance to only throw up in your mouth🤢 because of the NASTY feces and throw up smell🤮, its Horrible! That should be your first Clue to turn back around and Run šŸƒā€ā™‚ļø šŸƒā€ā™€ļø, you cautiously walk inside the mall after missing your first clue only to find an overcrowded hallway filled with people like if they were in a can of tuna! The Hallways are super Hot, the AC is non existent🄵, so make sure you bring lots of Water because you will need it if you dont want to be over charged by one of the vending machines that charge $10 for a $3.50 bottle of water!( its obviously a serious problem since there are multiple reviews about this issue where management always replies with the same promises and to "contact them" but yet it keeps on happening ), after drinking water like a thirsty Camel🐫 in the desert you most likely will have to use the Restroom, A.K.A. the Bathroom, this is where a Bad Day turns to Worst😭, you have to put on the G.P.S on your phone and say a prayer to find it, only to arrive at a super Long Line like if you were entering a stadium to watch a baseball game, after 30 minutes of waiting, you finally make it inside to an embarrassing surprise of the Most Disgusting, Horrible Smelling😷, Worse than a nasty dirty Gas Station Bathroom you ever been to, Full of Paper and Urine all over the floor with a smell that's embarrassing to even think of🤧! This is embarrassing for a mall like this to not have people in there constantly cleaning considering how over crowded they are during the holidays. They obviously know about this problem because like I said before, there is multiple reviews about this and they replied to them! Disgusting!! Now to the "Outlet Stores", they are filled with 30%,40%,50%,60%,70% off signs all over so you happily enter to only find some of the most Over Priced items I have ever seen🧐! They leave the inflated MSRP price tag on them and that's where they take the discount fromšŸ¤”, any U.S.A shopper knows that this is never the actual pricešŸ¤‘, products always have an actual "selling price" tag on them but not in this Mall😱, its like it doesn't exist, so the "Discounted Price" that rings up at the register is actually more expensive than what you would pay online or even at the same store at a different location🫣! This place is obviously more for tourists from other countries that don't know any Better🤐! I recommend you find something better to do if you are on vacation so you don't feel like you wasted a day like we did🤬!!! And to management, please dont reply to this review with the same copy and paste reply that you do with other reviews promising to address the issue and to email you blah blah blah🤫, you obviously know of these issues based on the multiple other reviews which are all from different dates, so instead of promising to people that it will be fixed, you should actually do something about it🫔!!! These are serious issues that need to be addressed!!!

We’re giving this place a 5-star rating for the overall shopping experience, store selection, and accessibility. We took an Uber from our hotel in Miami Beach, and it was absolutely worth the trip — the place did not disappoint. The shops are thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to find what you’re looking for. We especially liked how the high-end and luxury stores are set in an outdoor layout, which adds to the experience. The best part, though, is the discounts — there are some great deals that really make shopping here value for money. If you’re in Miami and looking for a place to shop smart while enjoying a great retail experience, this is definitely the place to be.
