  I truly appreciate how attentive the YSL team is, even with the wait outside. Once inside, I received genuine one-to-one service that never felt rushed. The managers regularly checked in—not for commission, but simply to ensure the experience was seamless. I also noticed on LinkedIn that the client advisors at this location are top sales associates for the brand’s outlets, which comes as no surprise. With the high volume of tourism at this mall, it’s clear this team works exceptionally hard to maintain such a high standard of service. I have gotten assisted by multiple members of the team (including managers) and I always end up with 1-2 things. Try on before you buy, if it’s a gift, make sure that’s what they want or that you’re willing to exchange for yourself within the exchange fe policy.

  Do not shop at this store. Karla the manager put the wrong sized item in the bag and then refused to exchange it. Staff is very unprofessional and selection is poor. Would never shop here again.

  2 store employees just stood there as we entered the store..Leaving the male employee to help us. When 2 "others" came in after us... They ran over to see if they could help. We just left!

  Firstly, started off in a 10 man line for a store with 15 people in it… okay fair, 1 man in, 1 man out right? No, multiple people came out yet only two were let in?… okay… line moves relatively fast until I and my brother are at the front, and the African guy at the front door lets at least 7 people out and still doesn’t let us in, people continue coming out yet we’re left outside waiting like idiots. I was eager to buy the items I wanted, bracelet; belt and even a shoe for my mom, yet this customer service left me feeling bitter and even profiled. I am incredibly disappointed as it’s a brand I admire, definitely going to Miami instead from now on…

  I walked up to the door black women and watched security let two white couples go ahead of me and I immediately left merchandise is too expensive to pay my money and not be treated the same as others and it was a black male security
