**Review of Prada Outlet, Miami Seagrass Mills - December 14**
I recently visited the Prada outlet at Miami Seagrass Mills on December 14, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I encountered an assistant manager, YANESSA, who demonstrated a lack of professionalism that left me feeling uncomfortable during my visit.
While I was filling out my shipping form, I overheard her speaking negatively about another customer at the front register, which was both unprofessional and disheartening. Her demeanor was dismissive, and when I requested assistance, YANESSA, seemed more interested in arguing than helping. I attempted to clarify my comments as sarcasm, but it appeared my words only fueled YANESSA’S frustration.
Thankfully, the two young ladies at the front register were exceptionally courteous and empathetic. They recognized the inappropriate behavior of the assistant manager YANESSA and apologized on her behalf. It was evident they were committed to providing quality customer service, and I sincerely appreciate their efforts. They took the initiative to involve the system manager, Luis, who handled the situation with professionalism and care, ensuring my concerns were addressed.
I urge corporate to review this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure that all staff members reflect the high standards expected from the Prada brand. While my overall experience was negatively impacted by the assistant manager's behavior, the professionalism of the front desk staff and Luis restored some faith in the store. Thank you to the team members who demonstrated the true spirit of customer service.
