However, now the watch is too old according to these folks to replace the battery in store, so I have to send off to be serviced. Not to please about this! I have been purchasing Movado's for most of my adult life and this issue have me rethinking my next purchase. I'm sure it will not be a another Movado!!

I was very disappointed because none of my previous movado's that stem back 20 years have ever tarnished like this. I purchased this in June and by August it started to turn. This was the first time that I purchased from this location. Now I'm questioning future purchases at this location.
