  He comprado cuatro relojes aquí y amaba la atención de la chica que me atendió siempre. Acabo de venir a ajustar un reloj que me regalaron y la atención fue espantosa. En primer lugar nadie saludo cuando entramos. En segundo lugar las dos personas se demoraron un monton para volver y regresarme el reloj. No puedo creer que dejen la tienda sola y nadie diga nada. Aparte de que la persona que me atendió ni siquiera salio a devolverme el reloj y envio a otra persona a hacerlo en su lugar. No volveré! Una lastima porque amo la marca

  I purchase a Movado watch Bold (MB. 001.1.34.1681) 20042919 and my watch is not working , the battery was checked and still not working . I love my watch but I need it working or be replace.

  I just have some serious concerns about this store and their customer service reps. It's was clear that they replaced a battery in my Movado 2yrs ago. However, now the watch is too old according to these folks to replace the battery in store, so I have to send off to be serviced. Not to please about this! I have been purchasing Movado's for most of my adult life and this issue have me rethinking my next purchase. I'm sure it will not be a another Movado!!

  I purchased this movado in June at Sawgrass Mills, Florida. I was very disappointed because none of my previous movado's that stem back 20 years have ever tarnished like this. I purchased this in June and by August it started to turn. This was the first time that I purchased from this location. Now I'm questioning future purchases at this location.
