  I've gone to Michael Kors before and it was a good experience but this time was just very awful that I feel it deserves a one star. I walked in being bombarded by people telling me that the whole store was 20% off and what their name was, it was a commission battle off the rip. Which I understand it's the holidays and everybody wants their Commission. I had walked in a few minutes before and met David but the second time I just walked in I met Emily. Me and my boyfriend were in the store looking at this black cheetah print bag that I had seen and I really liked. Emily had come over to us and been helpful about the bag in the beginning. We decided on getting the medium sized black cheetah print bag and the small clutch version of the same bag we told Emily and she said that she was going to call for a fresh bag and have David do that. David walked up to us and told us that the bag was ready for us at the front and ushered us into the line. He made sure to mention to us to give the ladies at the counter both Emily and David's name for the commission to be split 50/50. When we got to the counter We told them The bag that we were looking for and David and Emily were the ones who were helping us. This is where I started having a bit of an issue. They could not find the bags that we asked for and we tried describing the bags but the lady at the counter just looked at us and Shrugged. After a little while of us waiting Emily came over and said "I'm sorry I'm not going to lie I forgot about you guys." It was the most unprofessional statement I've ever received in a designer store before. It felt like me and my boyfriend were not being taken seriously because we were not older adults and because maybe we looked like we didn't have as much money as some of the people in the store. I still believe we should have been treated with respect though. There was a lot of back and forth between Emily and David And neither of them decided to go and get the bags that we asked for. Somebody ended up bringing a bag to us and it was the completely wrong color bag and we told her that it was not the bag and she was minorly insistent on the fact that it was the right bag. My boyfriend asked the lady at the counter if he should go grab the bags that we were initially looking for to show her what they look like so that we could actually check out. As my boyfriend goes to go grab the bags someone who I'm assuming is a manager of some sort takes the bags from his hand and brings them to the front asking me if these were the bags that I wanted. Obviously they were the right bags because my boyfriend just had to go back and get them. For background also we are both college students and I believe we look the part of college students, so I understand maybe they thought we didn't have the money. However I was wearing a Michael Kors bag on my shoulder and I wanted to treat myself after Christmas to my own gift. I just think that for a designer store that Seemingly Prides itself On its customer service They should have Maybe even tried to give us the bags within the 20 minutes that we were sitting there waiting at the counter. We got a half-assed apology from the guy who took the bags from my boyfriend's hands for the wait. It honestly felt like neither Emily or David should have gotten Commission and if I didn't really like the bags I would have gotten up and left. We were not taken seriously because of our age it feels like and that fact seems backed up by the fact that the customer service representative had the gall to tell us that she forgot about us entirely. I also feel like if we are telling you we're getting black cheetah print bags, that working there you should know your inventory and be able to get the bags that I actually asked for instead of trying to tell me that the entirely wrong color is the correct bag. We ended up buying both of the bags because I really liked them but the customer service was just awful and I would rather go to a Michael Kors in Fort Myers rather than here ever again.

  Good selection of stock, but in my wife's case she needed to exchange, with receipt, a pair she had bought for a size larger than she usually buys in Korrs, so not a refund or even a change of style. We were met with "our policy is we cannot accept goods without the box", which my wife, like most tourists, who make up a significant chunk of Sawgrass visitors, had thrown away to save space in the suitcase. This was despite have already changed another pair at Korrs store half a mile away in the Collonades. Far from matching the action of their other store, they actually rang to castigate them for providing customer service. After more than an hour of "discussion" we finally got an exchange, but with decidedly ill grace. The lessons here is that if you want customer service, go to the Collonades branch and steer well clear of this one, and keep the box until you are certain the shoes are comfortable.
