I love the store, but sadly this Sunday I received very bad attention from the cashier, he noticed the annoyance because I asked him if he could put my bag with a little paper that was for gift and I like that it is protected, it is a shame because I love the items of this brand

Nice Michael Kors location in Sawgrass Mills. Located by all the outdoor designer stores, not actually inside the mall. This is like designer row. The store is beautiful and super organized. Upon entrance to the store, a young gentleman named Bryce approached us to say hi and asked if there was anything specific we were looking for. He was very friendly and not a pushy salesperson, which is always nice. Michael Kors sells tons of handbags, wallets, apparel, shoes and accessories. I love the bold cobalt blue colored bags. Gorgeous color.

I was very disappointed with this store’s return and exchange policy. I received an item as a gift, which I did not like. The item was unused, with all original tags attached, and placed in the original Michael Kors bag. When I went to exchange it, the store refused and said they needed to send an email to the person who gave me the gift in order to process the exchange. This policy is extremely inappropriate and violates the right to privacy. A gift is meant for the recipient, and there should be no obligation to inform or contact the gift-giver just because the recipient wants to exchange it. That completely defeats the purpose of giving a gift and puts customers in an uncomfortable position. Because of this experience, I will never purchase gifts from Michael Kors again. There are many other brands that respect customer privacy and offer fair, reasonable exchange policies.
