She put her customers first and goes above and beyond for them. I can truly say she is always available and willing to help you whenever you reach out to her. I have met a few nice people and she is definitely one of them. Soft spoken, caring, reliable, respectful and the list goes on. A very hard worker that loves and cares for her clients. She is truly amazing human being and friend. I love her so much. We need more people in this world like Amy. ❤️❤️❤️🙏🏽🙏🏽🥰

During my second visit, there were two employees at the register and the store was empty, yet we weren’t acknowledged until we reached the back of the store and even then, it was just a brief “hi.” Not long after, another couple walked in and immediately received a warm greeting, information about promotions, and friendly conversation while they shopped. We, on the other hand, were still not checked on. It left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I couldn’t help but feel that the difference in treatment may have been influenced by something beyond just customer service. I hope management takes this kind of feedback seriously, because every customer should feel equally valued and respected when shopping at Fendi.
