  I bought a bracelet for my birthday in December, I was thrilled at first! They shared it was the last one in the whole company and in my size! I bought it! I asked if they could fill out the certificate of authenticity, they shared.. “we don’t do that in the outlets”! A few weeks later, they didn’t remember me, I went back and the bracelet was in the case, I asked if it was in other sizes! They had many in the drawer! It’s sad they had to tell a lie in order to make a sale! Also sad they couldn’t fill out the certificate of authenticity, only bc they felt they didn’t need to do the same amount of work as the sales associates at the full line boutiques bc they are selling pieces at a discount price! So if you sell pieces at a fraction of the prices, you do a fraction of the work as the full line stores and cut corners?

  First let me say THANK YOU to Sandra, for making this shopping experience a successful and excellent service today Feb 12, 2026 at David Yurman located at Sawgrass Mills. Tomorrow is my Birthday and hubby and I just wanted to shop early just to beat the crowd because we live in the area and know things can get pretty hectic fast at Sawgrass. Anyways, when we entered the store Sandra did not miss a second to let us know that she will be with us shortly. And yes within minutes she helped me pick my First Stack Bracelet Collection at David Yurman. She was knowledgeable, patient, every piece she had picked was definitely for me. Also, upon heading there I read the reviews and most of them had mentioned Sandra & Ronald as the best of the best. Please General manager for this store, let your employee know about those reviews how good they are because it is hard to find nowadays. David Yurman jewelry is simply the classiest ever for me. Thank you

  Summary: DONT GO, save your time and buy online for same price, if not cheaper. Staff is beyond rude. I wanted to buy a gift for someone and when I finally got helped, after begging, the woman said they probably don’t have my size and walked away. She just rudely assumed instead of trying to HELP me. It was a gift, you don’t know what I size I want to buy. The owner should remind the staff they work in an outlet and should be more hospitable to customers.
