I wanted to buy a gift for someone and when I finally got helped, after begging, the woman said they probably don’t have my size and walked away. She just rudely assumed instead of trying to HELP me. It was a gift, you don’t know what I size I want to buy. The owner should remind the staff they work in an outlet and should be more hospitable to customers.

I’ve visited the location in DC plenty of times, and it was not a bad experience but I never left and wrote a review of my experience. It is clear that the level of service I received is the ethos of this location, the manager came from the back to assist with another issue affecting a previous purchase (from a different location). She was able to right size my issue, although the location where I purchased in DC failed to make me whole. This entire team works on one accord and it makes u want to take your time and find the perfect piece. I will purchase all future pieces from this location, nowhere else! Thank you Sandra, your kindness is appreciated.
